From Paris: Take the A10 to Bordeaux, then the A63, exiting at Biarritz.
At the roundabout on the left, head towards Saint-Jean-de-Luz. After 1.5 km, turn right at the roundabout towards Biarritz. Continue straight forward for 3 km then take the 1st road on the left after the Leclerc shopping centre.

<b><font color="#578092">> RESERVATIONS AND PRICING INFORMATIONS : </font></b>

To confirm your reservation, 100% of the total amount of your stay has to be paid by Credit card.
<br/>
Our prices are VAD and in Euros calculated on the basis applicable this day.
<br/>
They can be changed without previous warning in case of increase by the providers of services or in case of economics changes.
<br/>
The service charges (water, electricity, gas) are included in the price.
<br/>
The prices do not include:
<br/>
- The tourist tax, which you should pay at the residence and which can change from one town to another.
<br/>
- The domestic animal tax.
<br/>
- The guarantee that you should pay at your arrival and that you will get back at your departure after inventory.
<br/>
- The additional services.
<br/>
- The sport services.
<br/>
In general you can rent an apartment for 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
<br/>
If you leave the residence earlier than the planned date, we cannot refund you.
<br/>
<br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > HOPE SERVICE </font></b>
<br/>
If unfortunately all our apartments are rent when you want to reserve, we have put in place a “hope service”: you are noted on a waiting-list and when there is a cancellation you are informed if a stay is available.
<br/>
<br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > « CHEQUES VACANCES » : </font></b>
<br/>
We want to inform you that Mer & Golf has been agreed by the National agency for the “cheques vacances”. We can accept these cheques to pay our services in France.
<br/>
<br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF STAYS : </font></b>
<br/>
Sometimes it can be possible that you can not come as planned.
<br/>
<br/>
Any cancellation of a reservation must be made through www.biarritz.fr or www.biarritz-reservation.com websites.
<br/>
In this case, you will have to pay the following penalties :
<br/>
<br/>
- Set-up fees (30 €) if you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival.
<br/>
- 25% of the total amount of your stay if you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your arrival.
<br/>
- 50% of the total amount of your stay if you cancel between 14 and 8 days before your arrival.
<br/>
- The total amount of your stay if you cancel 7 days or less before your arrival or if you do not come to the residence.
<br/>
<br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > ARRIVAL INFORMATIONS : </font></b>
<br/>
The opening hours of reception can vary according to the periods of the year.
<br/>

On Saturday from 8 am till 12 am and from 3 pm till 8 pm.

<b>Availability of apartments (arrival/departure hours): < / b > < br / >
<b> - you will get the keys of your apartment </b> from 5:00 pm.
<br/>
<b> - you should leave your apartment: </b> <br/> before 10:00 am the day of your departure.
<br/><br/>
The day of your arrival, a responsible person gives you the keys of your apartment, the inventory and ask you to give a guarantee of 200€.
<br/>
On the inventory paper you will find every item at your disposal in your apartment.
<br/>
It is important that at your arrival you check the general condition of your apartment, the inventory of the material and the linen and that you mention every defects or every item missing before signing the paper and giving it to the reception.
<br/>
If because of an important event you can not come in time, you should warn the residence.
<br/>
They will inform you about how find the keys of the apartment when you arrive.
<br/>
• The opening hours are stuck in the residences.
<br/>
Usually they are: from 9a.m to 12 and from 3 p.m. to 7p.m. but they can change according to seasonal or local rules.
<br/>
• Animals:
<br/>
Domestic animals are accepted according to the price indicated in the booklet.
<br/>
You should pay for it during your reservation or at your arrival.
<br/>
They are authorized, kept on a lead in the common rooms but they are forbidden around the swimming pool.
<br/>
<br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > DEPARTURE INFORMATIONS : </font></b>
<br/>
<b>
You should leave your apartment the day indicated on your contract before 10:00 am the day of your departure. </b>
<br/>
An anticipated departure is possible : if you have to leave before 8 am, please contact the reception of the appart hotel who will specify you the modalities of departure.
<br/>
The departure hours can vary according to the periods of the year. It is recommended to call the residence for more informations : +33 (0)5 59 01 03 00.
<br/>
You should clean your apartment perfectly.
<br/>
After inventory you should pay every item broken or deteriorated and you should also pay the eventual fees to renovate the apartment.
<br/>
After inventory and after giving back the keys, you will get back your guarantee.
<br/>
However if this guarantee is considered not sufficient, you should pay the difference.
<br/>
<br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > INCLUDED SERVICES : </font></b>
<br/>
<b>
According to the duration of your stay, you benefit from the "free of charge" services indicated below (= without tariff supplement):

- For short stays (from 1 to 6 nights) : </b> beds made before arrival, 2 towels kits per apartment, cleaning carried out at the end of the stay (excluding kitchen area and washing up) and TV.
<br/>
<b> - For the long stays (7 nights and more) : </b> beds made before arrival, 2 towels kits per apartment, TV.

(= for each stay lasting 7 nights and more, the cleaning service is not included. You can ask to benefit from this optional service,by asking to the reception of the residence).
<br/><br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > ADDITIONAL SERVICES : </font></b>
<br/>
In the residences you can also benefit from additional "optional" (= non included) services (subject to availability) such as:
<br/>
• The phone:
<br/>
The residences have direct phone in each apartment or you can have a phone which is connected to the standard during the opening hours of the reception.
<br/>
Public phone are also at your disposal.
<br/>
<br/>
• The optional cleaning:
<br/>
Our housekeeper can take charge of the cleaning of your apartment at your arrival or your departure in exchange of the prices indicated in the leaflet.
<br/>
• The garage or the car park:
<br/>
You can have a free place for your car in the car park.
<br/>
• The beds for the babies:
<br/>
The residences have beds for your babies. You should reserve them before your arrival.
<br/>
These additional services are invoiced separately and you should pay them at the residence.
<br/><br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > MINORS : </font></b>
<br/>
MER ET GOLF aparthotels do not depend on a holidays and leisure activities center in the sense of the decree n°2002-883 (May 3rd, 2002), and are not adapted to assure collective or individual stays outside the family place of minors, under age 18, not accompanied with their legal administrators.
<br/> We can refuse the access to the apartment to every minors under age 18 (not accompanied) and proceed to the immediate cancellation of the stay.
<br/> We can also proceed at any time before the beginning of the stay, in the cancellation of the reservation if it is discovered that the apartment is intended to welcome minors under age 18 not accompanied with their legal administrators.
<br/><br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > COMMUNICATIONS : </font></b>
<br/>
The inscription for one of our stay includes that you know and you accept the specific terms indicated in our communications and booklets.
<br/>
We can offer you some descriptions and photos of our apartments. However we can not commit ourselves and our responsibility is not committed either.
<br/>
If you want some informations about the town and its area, you should contact the tourist office.
<br/>
If some services are modified during your stay, please do not blame us!
<br/>
We will do our best to warn you and to carry out your expectations.
<br/>
You should know that we are not able to refuse the public or personal works that might disturb our customers.
<br/>
<br/>
<b><font color="#578092"> > COMPLAINTS : </font></b>
<br/>
Every complaint shall be sent by registered mail with advice of receipt in the 30 days following the departure.
<br/>
After this period, the Company has the right not to carry out the requirements.
<br/>
In case of lawsuit, the Court in Bordeaux is the only competent jurisdiction.
